When you try to new soda in salad dressings, experiment in small batches.
Taste, flavour, taste. you like soda, before you begin, be sure to taste. then start with small amounts for sauces and add more if necessary during the cooking.
Because sugar soda, you might need to cut other sugars in some of your old recipes.
Reduce soda before adding a recipe will concentrate the flavor and reduce the carbonation.
Strengthen a fruit soda, you can add a small amount of fresh fruit, which corresponds to your recipe.

Chicken breasts with BlackBerry sauce Dragonfruit
makes 4 servings
4 boneless chicken breasts, without skin
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup dragonfruit mora soda
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
1. Season the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. heat oil in a large frying pan medium-high heat. Bake the chicken until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. remove a dish service; keep warm.
2. add the skillet;soda heat to boil on medium high.Cook until reduced to a glaze syrupy, about 15 minutes.Mix in sherry vinegar.Add the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.Add the butter a piece at a time, stirring continuously.Stir the blackberries, shredding them slightly.Remove from heat. Serve on chicken breasts.
Note:Try this with a different fruit preparation and fruit flavored soda as raspberry and blueberry.

Pomegranate barbecue Sauce soda
1 cup makes
1 cup pomegranate soda,
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice,
1/4 cup Pomegranate juice
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon molasses mild
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1. Combine all ingredients in a large heavy saucepan. Heat to boil over medium heat, stirring often. reduce heat medium; Cook, stirring often, until thickened, about 25 minutes. taste; adjust condimenti.cool.riporre in refrigerator until ready to use, up to 2 weeks.
Note:Use this sauce for grilled poultry roasts enamel or cuts of pork during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Shrimp, avocado and Grapefruit salad dressing with grapefruit soda
Makes 4 servings main-course
Dressing:
2 tablespoons of grapefruit juice
1/4 cup grapefruit soda
1 chopped garlic clove
1/4 TSP Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup canola oil
Salad:
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
1 package (8 oz) mixed spring Greens
2 Grapefruits, cut into segments
1 avocado, stoned, peeled, cut
1. For the dressing.Combine juice, soda, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper Slowly whisk in oil, until the sauce thickens. Pour 1/2 cup of dressing over shrimp; marinate 1 now. reservation of remaining dressing.
2. Remove shrimp from marinade; via marinade. heat a frying pan grill or skillet heat medium high. Cook shrimp, turning once, until pink, about 3 minutes.
3. Mix the Greens with the dressing reserved in a large bowl. divide the Greens among four plates. Top with segments of shrimp, avocado and grapefruit. Drizzle dressing more taste at the top.
