1 cup maple syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
melt in 1/3 cup butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3 eggs
2 cups medium roasted pecans, chopped
1/2 Cup Pecans, roasted dark, rolled

Set to preheat the oven to 350 degrees f. Prepare pie crust; set aside.

Melt the butter in the microwave or on stovetop. In large bowl combine maple syrup, brown sugar, salt, butter and vanilla with wire whisk lead to uniform consistency.

In medium bowl beat eggs until generally beaten eggs to add and whisk again reached uniform consistency. Stir in the crushed Pecans.

Pour the filling into the crust prepared pie of pie walnut. Layer chopped Pecans pie filling over the top. Some Pecans will sink filling that well.

Bake the pie in the oven 350 30 minutes.Remove from oven and wrapped edge pie crust in foil to prevent from recording. return to the oven and bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes more.Some of the crushed Pecans will float to the top during baking, mix with chopped Pecans to form soft ' crust top '.

For best results let cool 2-4 hours, or overnight before serving to allow the pie filling to companies.

Pumpkin Pie
(dairy free!)

2 eggs
1 (15 oz) can Pumpkin
1 cup light brown sugar
cinnamon 1 tsp.
Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp.
salt 1/2 tsp.
1 TB molasses (optional)
3/4 Cup coconut milk
